Are you stuck at home? Many of us are either by choice or a matter of circumstance. Regardless of our reason for staying home, COVID-19 has changed the way we do things. Many people are in self-isolation and social distancing at home. Many companies have shifted to remote business operations. There has never been more people working from home. It\u2019s a big change for many people. In this blog, we talk about how beneficial is to keep a window open for your health.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve been encouraged to stay home unless it\u2019s necessary to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus. This means that many of us are spending more time at home than ever before. And less time with family and friends.<\/p>\n

Staying at home, having reduced social interaction, being able to do the things we enjoy and not being able to exercise as you were used to can have an impact on your mental and physical health.
