the ecotech referral program

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Ontario, aged 18 or older.
• The person being referred must not be an existing customer of EcoTech.
• Employees of EcoTech Windows & Doors, and their immediate families are not eligible.

How to Participate

• Submit your referral through the form on our website @ ecotechwindows.ca/refer.
• Provide the contact information and full name of the person being referred.

Qualified Purchase

• A qualified purchase is defined as a completed purchase of windows or doors from EcoTech Windows & Doors (no minimum amount required).
• The purchase must be paid in full, with no refunds or cancellations.

Rewards

• $100 Gift Card
  • Digital Gift Cards will be sent within 30 days of purchase being finalized.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Referral Rules

• Self-referrals are not eligible.
• If multiple referrers submit the same referral, only the first referral will be honoured.
• There is no limit to the amount of rewards a referrer can receive.
  • If you are a real estate agent, home improvement expert, or a business making a large amount of referrals, we suggest taking a look at our EcoTech Affiliate Program for additional benefits.
• EcoTech Windows & Doors may disqualify referrals that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
• EcoTech is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete information provided during the referral process.
• Any tax liability associated with rewards is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Privacy and Data Protection

• By participating in the program, both the referrer and the person being referred consent to EcoTech Windows & Doors storing and processing their personal information for the purposes of program administration.
• EcoTech Windows & Doors will not share, or sell personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Changes to the Program

• EcoTech Windows & Doors reserves the right to amend these terms, modify the rewards or discontinue the program at any time, without prior notice.
• In the event of changes, the updated terms will be posted at ecotechwindows.ca/refer.

Limitation of Liability

• EcoTech Windows & Doors is not responsible for:
  • Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.
  • Air Miles not credited due to errors in the provided collector number.
  • Technical issues that may temporarily affect program participation (ie. website outage).

Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute related to the program is to be resolved at the sole discretion of EcoTech Windows & Doors.
• By participating, participants agree to waive the right to pursue claims in court and instead agree to arbitration or mediation as a first step in resolution.
